Full Stack Developer
MateOS is a startup with a mission to create an AI operation system using cutting-edge AI. Imagine an AI that is always in the context of what you’re doing and can help with daily tasks. MateOS will be capable of all of that, it’s powered by the latest AI systems like GPT4, ChatGPT, and others. We are looking for experienced full-stack developers to help us advance the application on MacOS, Windows, iOS, and Android using Electron, and React-Native.
As a full-stack developer, you will be responsible for the front end and back end of our election app. You should be capable of solving the tasks completely starting from a discussion with the team to programming front and back end, to testing, releasing, and delivering using AWS and Azure services. Although the team will help, we expect high autonomy in dealing with problems and engineering tasks. You will work closely with founders (CTO and CEO).
Develop and maintain our core electron app for MacOS and Windows.
Managing and deploying services on AWS/Azure to support the app.
Prompt Engineering for GPT-4 series, Claude 2.1.
Collaborate with CEO/CTO to identify opportunities to improve product performance, UI/UX, etc.
Working with system-level engineers.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in JS/TS.
Strong production experience with node.js.
Strong work experience with Electron.
Strong work experience with Amazon AWS/Azure.
General engineering skills.
Knowledge of modern AI systems.
Knowledge of Python, C++, and other programming languages is a plus.

Python Developer
Machinet is a fast-growing startup that provides cutting-edge AI-powered tools for software developers. We’re working with the latest and the most advanced AI systems like GPT4, ChatGPT, and others.
As a Python developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our back-end server. You should be capable of solving tasks completely starting from a discussion with the team to programming, to testing, releasing, and delivering using AWS and Azure services. Although the team will help, we expect high autonomy in dealing with problems and engineering tasks. You will work closely with founders (CTO and CEO).
Develop and maintain our core services for Machinet AI.
Managing and deploying services on AWS/Azure.
Prompt Engineering for GPT-4 series, Claude 2.1.
Collaborate with CEO/CTO to identify opportunities to improve product performance, UI/UX, etc.
Working with client-side and other developers.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Python.
Strong production experience with Flask, AWS/Azure, Docker, and Lambdas.
Prompt Engineering and modern AI systems knowledge.
General engineering skills.
Knowledge of JS, Java, Go and other programming languages is a plus.

Systems Engineer MacOS

As a system engineer, you will be responsible for interactions with an operation system mostly for logging and licensing events, and UI control and selection. You should be capable of solving the tasks completely starting from a discussion with the team to programming, to testing, releasing, and delivering. Although the team will help, we expect high autonomy in dealing with problems and engineering tasks. You will work closely with founders (CTO and CEO).
Develop and maintain our core app for MacOS.
Writing scripts and custom listeners to control and monitor an operation system, events from other applications, and UI events.
Collaborate with CEO/CTO to identify opportunities to improve product performance, UI/UX, etc.
Working with other engineers.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in C++/Objective C.
Strong production experience with low-level applications for MacOS.
Work experience with UI and system events of OS.
General engineering skills.
Basic knowledge of modern AI systems.
Knowledge of JS/TS, Python, and other programming languages is a plus.
Knowledge of AWS/Azure is a plus.

Data Scientist

As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for gathering datasets, training open-source models, and fine-tuning APIs of GPT-3/4. You should be capable of solving the tasks completely starting from a discussion with the team to programming, testing, performing validation, and delivering. Although the team will help, we expect high autonomy in dealing with problems and engineering tasks. You will work closely with founders (CTO and CEO).
Prompt Engineering.
Develop and maintain necessary datasets to train AI models.
Fine-tune third-party AI models like GPT-3/4.
Train open-source models using native/LORA/qLORA training.
Collaborate with CEO/CTO to identify opportunities to improve product performance, UI/UX, etc.
Work with other engineers to deliver new models to customers.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Python and Pytorch.
Strong knowledge of transformer model architecture, vision models, and modern AI systems.
Strong experience in training vision and language models.
Good knowledge of AWS/Azure to run training jobs.

Marketing Engineer

We are looking for an experienced marketing engineer to help us position and optimize the content of our core application.
As a marketing engineer, you will be responsible for creating a marketing strategy, positioning, optimization of our content, and execution. You should be capable of solving the tasks completely starting from a discussion with the team to planning, testing, result validation, and optimization. Although the team will help, we expect high autonomy in dealing with problems and marketing tasks. You will work closely with the CEO.
Marketing strategy and positioning.
Content Optimization (messaging on the website, etc.)
SEO optimization.
Influencer management.
Content creation for website, SMM.
Communication with contractors and engineers.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in marketing B2C products.
Understanding of core principles of marketing and positioning.
Good experience with different marketing channels: SMM, paid marketing, SEO, and influencer marketing.
Ability to create content with simple graphics using Figma or similar tools.
Great communication skills.
